At Gliv Flowers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every arrangement is made to order with fresh, seasonal blooms and the utmost care. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns on floral arrangements.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your floral order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will gladly offer a replacement arrangement of equal value to ensure your experience meets our standards.
For non-perishable items and other dry goods, we offer refunds or exchanges, provided the item is returned to the shop in its original, unopened condition within 7 days of purchase. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
