At times, our photos are designed to represent the overall style or theme of the arrangement and may include a unique vase that we may not be able to replicate exactly.While your bouquet may not match the photo exactly, it will reflect the same mood and feel. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers may be necessary due to weather, seasonal changes, or market conditions affecting availability. In such cases, we’ll ensure that the arrangement’s style, theme, and color palette are maintained, and we will only substitute with items of equal or greater value.However, we make every effort to ensure that our customers receive their arrangement just as they saw it in the listing.
